Miter Sheet Metal Corner help

I am trying to make a counter top skin for my boss.  the countetop is "U" shaped and wants the seams in the corners with no welding as they will have to be brought into the room in parts.  The front edge tof the countertop is bent, typical countertop, you know.  How do I get the flange bend on the front to mate up perfectly with the other 2 at the 90 deegree turn in the counter?  KNow what i mean?  Basicaly its a  " mitered bend"

thanks for help all.

Travis

Keep this in mind: you have to mantain now ll the 5 files in the same folder.

Any change you make in the multisolid .ipt, will reflect in the assembly parts, so, if you want to change some main dimensions, change in the multisolid.

I prefer my model, because it's perfect, with no interferences between flanges..

Your model has some issues... but if you want to stick with it... so be it...

Basically, you have the 3 solids, so, all you have to do is turn the multisolid in one assembly with 3 parts.

Check the video...

Travis,

Check out the Screencast and attached part.  I used an Unfold, Cut, and Refold Method.
