I can export my paramerts to XML fine however when I import them back in there are always 2 particular ones that come back in blank. They are TEXT and multi-value (2 values) but I have others that are text, multi-value with 2 values that import ok.

Has anyone had a similar issue?

It will help us if you specify what version of Inventor you are using and what service packs/hot fixes have you applied to that Inventor version.

Sorry been on vacation.

Inventor 2014 SP2. How do you find out what hot fixes are installed?

The problem is a few parameters that are multi-list do not get inported back in correctly so the parameter has a blank value. The only way to may it un-blank is to manually select a parameter listed in its drop down.
