Hi, I have had this problem twice with two different inventor installs.

I first had this problem about 6 months ago, but then I had to factory reset my laptop so had to reinstall inventor after a month or 2 the same problem happens again. This was when I had Windows 7 but I have just upgraded to windows 10 and I still have the same problem.

It says that some file are missing. I have Autodesk Inventor Professional 2015 Student Version. There are screen shots on a word document attached to this message which show which files it can't find.

My Laptop is "HP 250 G3 Notebook PC, Windows 10 Pro, Intel Core i5-4210U CPU @ 1.70GHz  2.40 GHz, RAM 4 GB, System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor and 500GB Hard Drive." I hope I have given you enough information.

I have attached to this message a word document containing a picture of what the folder shows. Don't know why it is empty. Do you have any idea why it is empty or where the files could be.

I am going to try and repair it I hope it works as when a first installed it I had to try another way instead of directly as I had a "Network Connection Error". I hope this doesn't happen.
