Microsoft Visual Basic Tool Doesn´t work

Hi everyone!.

When i try to use the Microsoft Visual Basic Tool in Inventor 2016 and it doesn´t work (Between different users on same pc just work in one). I tryied copying the file from an user to another and neither work. 

I´ll be gratefull for your help and support guys.

Could you please provide more info?

For example some screenshot of inventor with VBA tool, or script you want run.
