Merging Part Files

Hi, I have 2 seperate part files that I want to eventually 3D print.  I would like to merge the parts together.  I can't constrain the 2 parts together because the printer recongnizes the constriants and ends up printing a fault line along the join intersection.  Is it possible to join/merge the 2 parts together to have 1 unison part, without having to use constrains?

Union

Oops, I thought I was in the AutoCAD forum.

Use Derived Component as suggested.

Try constraining your parts, then creating a derived part from the assembly.
