Thanks for your reply.

This only hides the measure button on the tools tab. The measure pannel is still missing.

Hi! Are you on dual monitors? Could the Measure tool be on the other monitor?

Many thanks!

The pannel dissapeared when I used the "Clean Screen" button. I am using dual monitors and I have tried the "Alt+Space" trick but it did not work unfortunately.

There is an Inventor Reset Utility on the Start Menu under Inventor.Inventor Reset.jpg

You can either reset the ribbon:

Or run the Reset Utility.

You can read through this thread and see if anything in there helps:

Missing Top Line Panel/Menu, Hidden Ribbon Bar

Try this: Tools tab, right click the white space on the ribbon, show panels, check Measure.

This method seems to do the trick!

Hello Dear friends
At the first step, press the CTRL Key + 0 keys
In the second step, right-click on the menu bar at the top of the screen and select Undock Ribbon then press the M key or Measure Tools ، you will see that the measurement panel appeared !
In the third step, right-click on the toolbar or top menu bar , and select the Ribbon appearance > reset Ribbon  option
Step Five, Enjoy!

This process worked in my 2020 Inventor. Also, export your 'options' settings so you can import them after this process.

Thank you for your help.
