Managing/Editing Layers for DXF Files

Hello,

 

I am using Inventor 2019 and I am wondering if there is a way to edit layers for DXF files I have imported. 

 

In order to use DXF files in the software for the CNC machine I am using I need to specify which layers are to be cut etc.

 

I know it is possible in AutoCad but I did not find any information regarding this on Inventor. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hello @Anonymous the options vary if you are importing into a drawing.idw or part.ipt.
