Making Hole in Curved Surface

Hello,

I would like to make a hole in a curved surface, like is described here:

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/inventor/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-t...

But the "Direction" option isn't available for holes in Inventor 2021. Any ideas?

Thank you.

That option just isn't there. The only two options it gives me are normal to the sketch plane the point is on.

From the link that you provided...

a Work Point is needed.

Thank you JDMather, that did it!

One point I would like to add for others who are struggling with this is to make sure to check the box under "Advanced Properties" for "Extend Start" so that half of the hole isn't covered by the curved surface above the work point.
