Make another view "base"

Is there a way to make another view "base", so i can delete the old base view and use the new one as base instead?

Can you explain a bit more what you're after?

If you want another base or first view to fill out the titleblock, for instance, you could create a 2nd sheet and drag views between them to change their order.

If you just need to change the orientation, you can simply "edit view" and use the viewcube to reorient the view.

If you delete your base view, you should get a dialog asking if you want to delete the dependent views, you can opt to leave those and then continue using them as your base view...

Hello,

Yes this can be done, if i understand you correctly.

First, right click the base view and select delete.

When the dialogue box opens, press the button with 2 arrows and de-select the prejected view from the delete. Now only the base view is deleted and the projected view can be used as a new base.

As stated more information would be helpful in providing the best answer..

You can simply edit the current base view if you need to change its orientation or whatever.. No need to make another.. Just edit the current..

But again we are making assumptions based on lack of details..
