Hi

There are a copy of different ways ...but without seeing all of what you need to copy or what version of Inventor, and if you use Vault..

I'm going to suggest copy design via the Design Assistant.

I have already tried by design assistant but I cant copy some of the elemnts like the bolted connections, etc. And I dont know how could I copy the old version of the drawing and how could I add prefix to the new filenames.

It had been answered a few times here in the past. But here it is again. Use Pack and Go utilities. There is no need for Valt and other fancy utilities to get done what you are after. Keep it simple! The attached picture shows how to do it.

Cheers,

Igor.

I've attached a document/file that list a number of ways, depending on what you want and if you are using Vault, Design Assistant or iLogic.

Inventor 2020, In-Cad, Simulation Mechanical

Just insert the picture rather than attaching it as a file
