Can someone please, help me to loft a roll to the front of the revolved part?
I need it to keep a parallel front face yet taper from the quarter radius to a flat line.
I have been working on this project for over a month, but I am back to square one, needing to create this front roll.
Help would be most gratefully received, thank you.

It may just be that the caffeine hasn't hit yet but I'm having a hard time understanding what you are needing. That said, for the revolve zero thickness geometry may have something to do with it based on your pictures.
I had a bash but not sure if its what you're looking for. Loft works using a guide rail on the highlighted edge. Mirrored then slapped some surface over the top, hopefully something you can work with.
Cheers,
Craig
What version of Inventor did you say you are using?
2021 file Attached.
Yes, that is exactly what I am looking for! Are you able to make my amended part file available for me to download, please?
Thank you so much.

I realise that it may appear a simple problem to solve but my lack of expertise had me stumped. I am working on a solution to rapidly overcome cancer and I cannot tell you how grateful I am.
Thank you so very, much.

Sir,
Sir,
You recently, most kindly, showed me how to loft a barrel roll surface and then use Sculpt to convert it into a solid.
Sadly, the seams between mirrored components still cause me serious issues.
Is it possible, in your experience, to create a complete lofted surface as per the slightly amended file of yours that I have attached?
I can loft the whole upper rear surface and the whole upper front roll as per the jpeg image attached but I still have to mirror and then stitch these surfaces together.
I appreciate that it is the weekend and would most sincerely grateful for your further guidance.
Thank you.
I am using Inventor 2021.
