List material error

I'm having trouble with the material list.

Follow photo:

Look at positions 16 and 18.

When I modify an item in the assembly, or change its description in Iproperties, when I go to the drawing sheet, the material list conforms to the photo, all out of standard.

I have already tried to delete the list and generate a new one, try to manually drag the rows from the list, but nothing worked.

I've tried many things but nothing worked out.

I use the professional inventor 2013.

I think this might be a difference in sorting between the Parts list on the idw/dwg and the BOM in the assembly.

Assuming your screenshot it meant to show the COD.COMP. column isn't sorted properly.

Which column(s) are you sorting your partlist on? the POS or COD.COMP. ?

I suspect on POS.

If so, you need to make sure that you sort your BOM in the assembly on the COM.COMP. column and renumber the BOM so the item numbers are correct.

(I'm also assuming you renamed the ITEM column to POS in the parts list.)

If that is not the case, please share how you sort both lists. (BOM & Parts list)

Looks like your part number field (maybe description) has a bunch of spaces after it thus pushing the row down..

Edit the iproperties for both of those and remove any spaces after the part number (maybe description).. But I think its the part numbers..

I can duplicate that exact issue here by adding a bunch of spaces after it..
