Line weight artifacts using PDF Export (Dimension with and w/o fractions differ??)

Inventor 2020.3.2/64 bit/Windows 10

Line weight problems when exporting drawing file (dwg format) to a PDF File.

The resultant PDF files are displaying a different line weight for dimensions without fractions.  We can print the same file to a PDF file via a PDF print driver (PDF-Exchange) and the artifacts are not displayed.

Examples:

Incorrect line weights

Broken dimension, but proper line weight

 So...when we have fractions the line weight is correct, no fractions line weight is not correct.

...and the corrective action is...to turn off the BOLD text in the text style.
