Just installed 2020 and marking menu takes up whole screen

So I installed Inventor 2020, started importing settings and noticed the marking menu takes up whole screen and disappears as soon as I move my mouse. Have been looking for a setting to adjust the size of it with no luck. I am using

a Dell XPS with 4K screen so I tried adjusting the scale and when I turned it from 250 percent to 100 percent it was the correct size but everything else was tiny. Any help would be appreciated.marking menu.png

Hi! Do you mind elaborating what you meant by scaling to 250% on Dell? Did you change the screen setting or Windows DPI setting?

Many thanks!

Hi! The behavior does not look right to me. Either the product was installed partially or some settings were messed up. Do you mind trying to reset the settings? You can go to All Programs -> Autodesk -> Inventor 2020 -> Tools -> Inventor Reset Utility. All prior settings will be reverted back to install default. Please report back your findings.

Many thanks!

It must have been partially installed, because I uninstalled and reinstalled and it took care of it. Thanks for the assistance Johnsonshiue !

I am having this same issue all of a sudden. I have had 2020 installed for almost a year. I have tried the reset utility and it doesn't do anything. Any other ideas?

Thanks,

Brandon Ryan

I messed around with the DPI settings for all different configurations, and nothing worked. It wasn't until I did the reset utility a second time and had to reboot my computer two times after that and it fixed it. Looks like it is good now. Thanks for the reply.
