Item Balloon Issue- outline of balloon larger than other items

I've run into an issue where the circle outline on a single item balloon is larger than all the other balloons. The text size is the same- just the circle is at least twice the size. I've attached a picture showing this.

This one has been driving me a little crazy- I've searched the forum and google for an answer to no avail. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Check your parts list for spaces or more than one line for this item number.
