Is there a way to make the sketch dimension text larger?

Just wondering if there is a way, either in the Options or the kernel to make the sketch dimension text larger?

Also, it would be really useful if you could just RMB click on the sketch dimension text and copy/paste it.

Yes, you can increase this scale parameter
