Is it possible to make the partlist dialog box text larger?

How do i make the text larger, i increase the size of the box it remains the same size.  Would be nice to make this text larger.

Tools > Application Options > General Tab > Text Appearance

You have 2 options: 8, 9

Hi! Another option would be increasing the scale in Windows Display settings.
