interesting model Dan. I forgot how much fun it is to go thru models to see how they are created. Just dragged the EOP below each stage, one at a time, make the feature visible if needed and you can eventually go from point A to Z and figure everything out. I like your approach in figuring out the sweep each wire begins with but I'll have to take a bit more time to figure out all the extruded surfaces and how they were used to achieve this. Here's two methods now for the OP to consider - both would eventually cause some strain for Inventor depending on the length/final design I suppose.
