The part has a material and the color Black shows for that material. Perfect. Some of the Faces, I've chosen to show as Blue. The anomaly, even though these Faces are Blue, some of them display blue and some display the material color Black. All the Faces shown in the picture should be blue but are displaying Black. Any idea why?

Can you post your ipt file?
Have you tried changing your lighting style to see if thats not influencing the color?

Hi! I suspect the appearance you see is probably at the face or feature level. The one you applied is probably at whole part or the body level. To clear all overrides, click on the color wheel button with a checkmark (Clear Overrides). It will help remove all overrides from the part and restore back to Material-based appearance. Then the appearance to the part or the body will reappear.
Many thanks!
