iProperties Physical fail

Hi,

I've encoutered  rather serious problem.

I have a assembly with several parts, all linking to a aiding/skeleton part for parameters, sketches, surfaces etc.

All parts are rendered properly, all features pass/work as they should.

Some parts consist of pipes, they get their position and outer diameter from the skeleton part, then get a thickness (Thicken-feature). There is one feature that is rendered properly, but the iProperties - Physical (for weight and CoG, etc) fails to update. When I increase the desired thickness (say from 5mm to 30mm) it suddenly manages to update. Or it manages to update, but only at low accuracy, but not at high or very high accuacy.

When I suppress the feature, everything works just fine.

When I replace the feature with a sweep or a plain straight extrusion, it fails to update, unless the profile is a solid, or with a high wall thickness. Or as well, only in low accuracy, not in high.

The product we build is mechanically balanced, so this is a rather serious problem for me...

Any thoughts?

Edit,

Inventor 2014 by the way.

Would it be possible to post the model so that we can take a look at it?

Thanks.
