.ipj file issue

Whenever i changed my project path its take too much time to set the path. Inventor become dead or hang for 8-10 min.

System: Vista O.S

Ram: 8gb

Good processor built for design purpose

Please help me to overcome this problem

Is the project file on the network or your local drive?

If it is on a network I have experienced where it can take longer to access.
