iPart members don't update correctly in Inventor 2019.4.1

It happens quite often (but not every time) when I switch between iPart members or reopen the iPart-File that not all parameters in my sketches are updated correctly. However, according to the parameter list, all parameters are correctly recalculated and the iLogic rules are correctly updated.

I also opened the files with the newest Version of Inventor 2020 and I had the same problem.

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

Did it work prior to running this given version?  Have you generated your members again?  Manage rebuild all?

Yes, I tried it out. But it doesn't help. Sometimes the sketches are updated correctly but it most cases not.

Can you share the part or screen shots?  I was originally thinking that maybe the "Edit Factory Scope/Edit Member Scope" was cycled on you causing your issue.

Hi! Like Mark and Brad mentioned, this is not a normal behavior. But, I am not able to reproduce the behavior. I suspect the iPart member files may have other parents other than the iPart factory. I vaguely remember seeing a case like this. Please share the example here so forum experts can help take a look.

Many thanks!

Hi,

I solved my problem.

I upgraded my Inventor to Inventor 2020. Now everything works fine.

Thanks for you support.
