INVOLUTE SPLINE WITH MISSING TOOTH

Hello All! I'm trying to generate an INVOLUTE SPLINE with a missing tooth intentionally for design purposes. For example, instead of the INVOLUTE SPLINE CONNECTION GENERATOR giving me the option to choose 1.000 in - 12 ul/in x 11 ul, I would have a SPLINE with 11 teeth, pitch 32/64, and a pressure angle of 30 deg with the 12th tooth intentionally missing. How can I generate/ draw this part model? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Thanks y'all!

I don't get why you can't just cut it away?

I find it highly unlikely that any program or tool would be set up to create a spline but just skip one of them.

How were you planning on having this made?
