Inv is hooked in with MS Paint to display BMPs, make sure that MS Paint is the
default app for BMPs.
Whilst the image is locked within the template, it does sometimes reference the
original, which is why the image needs to be in a Library folder.
Have you tried changing between OGL and D3D ?
Is the g/card, drivers and configuration (xml) files up to date ?
Lastly, I wouldn't use a BMP in a title block

Not sure if I understand what the library path has to do with the bitmap in the
title block. This bitmap is embedded in the title block at the template level and
used in all our drawings. I'm curious as to what "dll" is being used to calculate
the bitmaps? It is a very isolated problem.
