I have tried to install inventor viewer 2015 onto a machine at work so our production manager can view component drawings. how ever i get error messages when i do.
Going by that article, you either downloaded the wrong version... which i doubt, since your screenshot looks like winXP. (which is unsupported according to the viewer's readme, btw.)
Or the download got corrupted. So try downloading it again to see if that helps. If it still doesn't work, try installing it on a windows 7 machine to see if the package is corrupt. (assuming you have a 32bit win7 machine.)
