I have noticed that there are not many websites that let you practice for the Inventor certified user exam.

Could someone kindly provide me with some links to free practice tests for the Inventor User exam?

Welcome to the forum!

Have you already been to this site?  All of our certifications are managed by a third party, and in the certification prep section, there appears to be a practice test.  Good luck!
