Inventor Updating Tweaks For Presentation Video

After many years of using inventor, I have a presentation to do that would be much more impressive using tweaks but I have only used them to create exploded views for BOM purposes so I am experimenting with how to make a video.

I created a tweak using 2 story boards with the second storyboard to 'continue from end of previous'.  I made a few changes to the first storyboard but the modifications do not show in the second storyboard.  Is there so way to 'refresh' the changes?

Also is there an easy way to change the time duration of a tweak that involves multiple parts?  It is easy to do in the storyboards panel if there are just a few parts but it is rather tedious if there multiple parts.

Hi Joel,

I could be wrong since I do not see the files. The behavior does not sound right. It seems like a bug to me. Could you share an example exhibiting the behavior here?

Many thanks!

Perhaps there is another issue that may be responsible - I no longer seem to be getting updates after changing to annual subscription from maintenance. I have left a message for my sales rep at Imaginit Technologies but have not received an answer. Do I need to reconfigure something within the Autodesk Desktop up to continue to receive updates?

Hi! What build are you on? If you are a subscriber, you can log on to your account and the updates should be available there for you to download.

Many thanks!

I get this message when I try to access the company serial numbers and product keys:

This page may have been moved or deleted.
Try using the search bar to find similar pages, or search from one of the links below:

Signing in to account management only lists the free products (A360, online map data, storage...)

I will try emailing our rep at Imaginit and try to get some answers as to why this ocuring.

I will consider this closed and will create a new message once I get the issues above solved.

Thanks for the help.
