Inventor studio camera is extremely far away

Hello everybody,

When i am in inventor studio and i use the feature "create camera from view", the camera spawns very far away.

I am aware that i can create camera's manually. But this takes a lot of time since i need to make around 500 situational renders. And those always turn twisted or on weird angles.

Furthermore i have also tried rebuilding the scene and grounding + rooting but nothing changes.

Can someone help me out?

Thanks!

NM

Are you creating the camera in orthographic or perspective view?

In perspective view, the "less intense" your perspective, the farther away the camera will be automatically set.

No i use orthograpic view. Thats the whole reason i am using Inventor Studio for this task, most renderprogramms like 3ds MAX use perspective views only.

But i noticed that when the camera is very far away (even in orthograpic view) the image gets more blurry then when its close up.

are you able to share the file?

This scene has a lot of exclusive company products so sadly not.

But if sharing the file is essential to solving the problem i can design a few prompt products.

if you can recreate the issue in another file, that would be fine. I'd like to take a look.
