Inventor slow loading.

I've noticed since I acquired this new computer that inventor's loading times are unusually slow. it's still under a minute, but opening the program takes a while, and for example, trying to make a new file gives a blank menu for a moment, like the gui takes a long time to load. Is there anything I can do to reduce these times?

I don't think my computer is particularly slow, here it is on invmark

Hi! The behavior does not sound right to me. It could be licensing related. Please make sure all critical Windows updates are installed and the graphics driver is updated. Go to your PC vendor site and install all critical updates applicable to your machine. Lastly, install the latest Inventor update applicable to your Inventor release.

If you use an Antivirus tool or network security tool, please whitelist Inventor.exe and *.autodesk.com.

You may want to download Microsoft Process Monitor (free system tool) and record a log of the Inventor startup process. Then share the log with me directly (johnson.shiue@autodesk.com). I would like to understand the behavior better.

Many thanks!

I'll check the updates when I have a minute, though I'm fairly certain everything is up to date. I'll share what I find with MPM as well.

Hi,

I have the same problem for the first part or assembly I try to open.

When the dedicated graphics card of my laptop is disabled, inventor works fast with the integrated graphics card.

Enabling the nvidia RTX2000 ada, inventor becomes very slow.

Opening a new part takes 2minutes.

But I can't find a way to get it fixed with the drivers of Nvidia.
