Hello @Anonymous

Right click on the title block as shown in my attached images

After that, save your drawing as template as demonstrated on the last image

Do you have multiple already existing DWG files you want to use it on?

Or do you have a lot of pages in your DWG file where you changed the Title Block?

And see attached screenshots for removing and inserting a new title block

Note how I remove it from the page and insert it from the drawing resources.

It sounds like you only edited the definition and didn't insert it into Sheet 1 as the titleblock you want.  Can you share your template so we can review it.

i whant it so that every time i make a new drawing then it is the standard block. so the only thing i should do after that is to change some text

i dont have a lot of drawings yet because my company has just startet working with the program.

Okay. Delete and insert as I showed.

The save copy as template (name it whatever you want), and then click on that file every time you create a new drawing.

Edit:

As you can see, I have a few templates with different title blocks depending on which I choose.

but if i try to open a new drawing then i can delete the ISO template but i cant insert my own. every time i try to insert one it is just the standard ISO template that apperes

That doens't make much sense.

Can you attach your template with the correct title bloc here or email it to me at yannick@stpr.dk?

It sounds like you haven't saved it correctly if you can't find it.

Save Copy As Template leads to your template folder. You might mistakenly have saved it elsewhere?

Hello @Anonymous I see that you are visiting as a new member to the Inventor Forum.
Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

Make sure that when you do the Save Copy As Template it is in the templates folder:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\Autodesk\Inventor 2019\Templates

Also make sure that you are selecting the right folder from within Inventor Create New File as there are different files in Templates, en-US, English, Metric, etc.
