Inventor Presentation export 3D PDF

Hello, I need to create a 3D exploded view of an assembly I have for a builder on site real quick. But after creating the presentation file and exporting as a video... I realize I may have misunderstood the new updates to inventor... I thought we can export the exploded presentation model to a 3D PDF. I don't mind so much that it won't be able to see things pull part in a video timeline. More interested in giving him a exploded model in 3D that he can orbit/rotate around it etc.

Currently if I go to File>Export>3D PDF....the 3D PDF is greyed out and won't let me use that tool.... Is there something I'm missing?

Model States is not a replacement for iParts / iAssemblies. It does not have all the same features yet and does not communicate well with our large currently in use libraries. 😞 https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/inventor-ideas/model-state-support-tabulated-parts-list/idc-p/11360616

The current intended workflow is exploded IPN to 2d drawing (IDW/DWG)
