Inventor Nesting-Warning spline element at line xxx-warning shape xxx does not close

Problem with Inventer Nesting utility.

I'm trying to nest parts with splines, however I get Spline Elements warnings and Shape does not close warnings.

So far I have tried :

• Setting the part as "non sheet metal", creating a sketch, selecting the contour I want to use for nesting and select for nesting.
• Setting the part as "non sheet metal", creating a sketch, drawing a rectangle around the shape I want to nest and select that sketch for nesting.
• Change to Sheet metal part, select A Side, create flat pattern (the part is already flat)

All of the above are giving me variations of the errors mentionned above.

I'm linking the problematic files...  Anyone has an idea?

This happens constantly to me, the nesting package is borderline unusable unless you're trying to just nest a bunch of plain rectangles. If I'm exporting a face FROM Inventor, there should be ZERO errors when trying to import it into the nest. I shouldn't have to tweak anything in AutoCAD.
