Hello,
I am having an issue with the assembly model scale being off when a file exported from Inventor is opened in REVIT. It's a relatively simple model of some dust collection units and duct work that our customer wants to import and place into their model for interference checks as they modify things within their model.
An initial version of our model was sent out and they were able to import it and place it with no issue. However, the assembly model was modified (moving and adding components) so a new revision was exported. For some reason this new version is scaled down to a smaller size than it should be. Is there some way to control the scale of an export in Inventor? As far as I know, I didn't change any settings prior to the newest export. In fact the only thing I did differently (aside from adding and moving components) was suppress some items instead of turning off visibility.
I realize that it may be something within REVIT that is causing the issue but I don't know enough about Inventor to know for sure that I am not the one causing the issue.
The file types I gave them were .sat and .stp. I am using Inventor 2020 and they are using REVIT2019.
I unfortunately cannot provide the file due to confidentiality reasons so I understand if not much help can be provided without, just wondering if anyone has run into an issue like this before?
