Inventor Crashing When Updating Part

Can somebody please look at this part and figure out why it crashes when I update it? I have a few parts that are like this one and they are all crashing. I'm 99% sure my code is good and shouldn't be causing it to crash invetor.

The linked Skeleton part wasn't included, so I don't know if that's the problem. I tried to suppress the Extrusion for the "Chamfer" at each end and it crashed. With only having the Angle Extrusion with a few holes it seems like a lot of work for a simple angle without understanding what you are really trying to achieved.

I think the file was just corruot. I gave up and remade it and now it works.
