Inventor Crashing frequently

I have Inventor Professional 2019 . And it keeps crashing frequently on a daily basis is there a software bug in the 2019 version or any seperate extension to be installed which prevents it from crashing.

Hi Amlaan,

Inventor should never crash. When it does, something is wrong. The information you provided so far is not actionable. Did you submit crash report? If yes, please send me an email ([email protected]). I would like to dig up the report and understand the crash better.

In the meantime, please do the followings.

1) Install all critical Windows updates.

2) Update graphics driver.

3) Do not overclock CPU or GPU.

4) Go to File Explorer -> %temp% -> clean up the files there.

5) Install 2019.4 followed by 2019.4.3 update.
