inventor contrain problem

Hallo, i encounter a problem when i try to horizonal/vertical constrain 2 lines with each other. as soon as i select one of the lanes, it gives the error "over constraint", but its not, also didnt put any measurings on it, tried it all. but for some reason, it appears to automatically select something else and tries to constrain that with the line i select. but even if i esc out, it doesnt deselect the thing inventor automatically tries to contrain with the line i select.

I hope this makes sense. I have tried it all. i also have quite a bit of experience with inventor on my work laptop, this is my personal laptop that i just installed inventor on, with a student account. 

Is anyone able to help me? Anyone know whats wrong? Thanks in advance!

The options in this dialog determines what constraints are automatically placed when you draw a sketch.

It sounds like that is your issue - As well as Inventor sometimes having a tendency to have something marked, so you have to press esc and elsewhere multiple times.
