Inventor Closed And Did Not Prompt For Save, Did Not Save Work Done

just closed an assembly, and normal Inv. asks to save. Well he didn't and jumped back an hour of work. I tested it again to check if I was right, and I was. Inv. did not ask to save when closing an assembly, until I restarted Inventor completely. Then it went to normal again.

Depending on how you have this set,

save.png

Will speak to how up to date the file(s) in your "Old Versions" folder are.  You may not have lost as much as you think.  Check your old versions folder and see how recent the file(s) are.

But doing so shouldn't cause any loss of work...

Hi! Indeed, when files are changed, Inventor should always prompt users to save. If you can reproduce the behavior, please let us know the steps.

Many thanks!
