From what little we can see, is this Blade the same one as the others in the view (patterned) or is the Blade that isn't giving you the CL a different model than the others? Or if this is a part and not an assembly, is this Blade a patterned feature or generated separately?

A version of the file would help greatly.

Hi! The only explanation I can think of is that the hole face is not perfectly cylindrical or edges are not parallel. Please open the part and check the sketch and the feature creating the geometry.

Many thanks!

Sorry for the small screenshot, I can put up a bigger one but the detail will be alot less. as you can see in the image. The thin plate is stiffener at the back of the fan and the thicker plate is the actual blade, now all the stiffener plates got the centerlines but the not all the blades( out of 10 blades only 5 took the centerline command. Both the blades and the stiffener plates are circular patterns in the assembly.

I thought the same, but out of the 10 plates 5 accepted the command and the other didn't.

Hi! You may zip up the files and attach it here. Or, send it to me directly johnson.shiue@autodesk.com. Or, share it on a cloud drive of your choice.

Many thanks!

OK, building on what @johnsonshiue mentioned, verify the Blade without the CL is all squared up, etc. It sounds like there's an issue with that specific blade as it's not giving you a CL where it's used. It could be off by a very small amount.

I'd attempt to suppress it and rebuild it and see if you get the same error or not.
