If you are a subscription customer, it's free.

Pros: you can extend your parametric model with rules to make it more configurable

Cons: it requires a bit of programming, and it doesn't do everything you might want

Also, iLogic is included in the Inventor 2011 Beta (which is available now). The online help has been improved in Inventor 2011.
