It sounds like you only have a little experience with computers.

It might be best if you find a friend with a lot of experience to help you get 64-bit OS installed, but frankly I think your best bet is to find a working 64-bit computer already set up.

As mentioned by Jeffrey (JDMather), Fusion 360 also needs 64 bit OS.
