Inventor 2023 spur gear open failure

I'm attempting to create a set of spur gears in Inventor 2023, however, when selecting spur gear under design, the pop-up does not appear. Both worm gear and bevel gear do work. Any help is much appreciated

Hi, check that you install all updates for Inventor - it must be 2023.2.1

I would also double-check that you have all the required XML files related to "Design Accelerator" within your "Design Data" folders.

I'm not sure how many are standard (you could always compare with fresh install or default folders), but for comparison, I'm using Inventor 2023 and my Design Accelerator folder has 3 subfolders (en-US, Report, and Tables), with 2062 files total inside. If you have less, you may need to re-copy over some files to ensure you have them all.

Found I had 250 files! Had to uninstall and reinstall, thank you!
