What is the "Rotate at Angle now Available in Part and Assembly Files" in General Enhancements?
What modes does this feature listed in the help work in?
I think that help describes the creation of a custom view of the drawing. This is a long-standing feature.

This is accessed from the menu panel, not the navigation bar.
