Inventor 2019 not starting on first launch

Hi, I have recently downloaded the educational edition of Inventor, and the program downloads to the point where the shortcut is available on the desktop and appears to be downloaded in the download wizard, but the program won't load. It shows the initial loading screen for about half a second, and then disappears. The program completely stops, as it can't be found in the task manager so it's not the program just disappearing, and I haven't successfully opened it previously. I have tried to uninstall the program and reinstall it, but this error has happened in both install attempts, with no success in either.

Hi! You may want to upgrade the license service for Autodesk 2019 product line.
