We have 2 network licenses (Inventor Pro and Product Design & Manufacturing Collection) on our server, but one of our users wanting to use Inventor cannot seem to use it as it gives us error.
Not sure why this would happen as I have only one user using the Product Design Collection. Also, I have installed Inventor Pro from deployment on 2 machines, but either users weren't able to use it because of the said error. Any ideas?

I'll ping @Mark.Lancaster to see if your issue is something he has a suggestion for, as he seems to be able to bend most licensing issues to his will.

Can you provide me with the debug log file as indicated in the service config tab of your license manager (LMTOOLS).
Although the log doesn't contain names of servers and PCs there's no information in there that can impact the security of your organization. However if you are not comfortable about sharing it on world wide user forum, please private message me and I will inform you or your next step.
