Inventor 2018 LT Unable to change selection highlight color

Trying to change the selection highlight color, it is currently set to bright red.

It was ok until I recently ran the Inventor Reset Utility.

As shown in 2nd pic below, there are no Color schemes to choose from ...

Up to Inventor 2018 you have to use the Color Scheme Editor tool to change specifics:

From 2019 on this has been moved to the Colors tab inside Application Options:

It is strange, however, how Inventor is not giving you any schemes under the Color Scheme field that is empty in your picture. Check if you have anything under "C:\Users\Public\Documents\Autodesk\Inventor 2018 LT\Backgrounds" (I'm not sure if LT is included in your path).

I do have some backgrounds

But I cannot find the download for the Color scheme editor.

Check under:
"C:\Users\Public\Documents\Autodesk\Inventor 2018 LT\SDK"
Then follow the steps to use:
UserTools> ColorSchemeEditor >Bin> InventorColorSchemeEditor.exe
