Hi Youssef,

In terms of hardware, I am not seeing a particular issue based on the diagnosis data. A few things to try. Go to File Explorer and clean up %temp%. Install 2018.3 update. Also install all critical Windows updates. If it still does not help, try using Inventor Reset Tool (All Programs -> Autodesk -> Inventor Pro 2018 -> Tools).

Please report back with your findings.

Many thanks!

Thank you very much for the reply, I cleaned the computer and windows just updated itself yesterday, Today I unistalled inventor 2018 and installed 2019 hoping that it might have something different in this respect.

I think it is a driver thing.

I had the same thing in Fusion before, and I changed the graphics in preferences from Directx 11 to 9, and everything showed up as usual.

I inventor this is not present, just hardware or software

yes and I am sorry for that, because the other one was sent to spam, and I couldn't do anything so I changed it and removed the youtube link and reposted

Hello sir. Is there a way to force inventor to use Dx9 instead of Dx11, same as I did in Fusion, or otherwise fix Dx11

AIRViz Device Manager \ VirtualDeviceDx11

PS. the above link of previous thread doesn't give a solution

@Anonymous

Great to hear ...

I've found the newer drivers give me issues, but I've been using this on 2018 and 2019 Inventor without any issues..

But I also have all of the updates / enhancements installed.
