Inventor 2017 student license fail

Hi!

I've been trying to get a student license for Inventor 2017 for 2 days now, but everytime this shows up:

"We are so sorry, but we are temporarily unable to provide your serial number.

You may download immediately and start to use the software in trial mode.

Please try your serial number request again in 30 minutes.

Our apologies for the delay.

o2-err-003"

What should i do? I need to use it longer than 30 days, since i will study mechanical engineering longer than that!

Hi ...welcome to the forum..

Use the trial ...at some point you'll be able to activate it.  It's not a problem. I have 2 on 30 day trial right now for our apprentices, before the 25 days or so are up, I'll activate them.

Welcome to the community...

Since you have an educational account you will need to contact the Autodesk Educational Support Team to resolve your issue.  Like @mdavis22569 pointed out you can run it for 30 days in trial mode until your account is sorted out.
