Inventor 2017 R3 update/cannot run task scheduler

After installing Inventor 2017.3 update this morning, task scheduler would not run with a wrong version error.

I uninstalled the update and task scheduler is running again.

Anyone else have this update installed and can try running task scheduler to confirm?

I was able to run a "migrate files" task without issue right now..

What task were you trying to do?

Did you "maybe" happen to pick an older version of task scheduler (2016 perhaps) if you still have older versions of Inventor installed?

And did you restart your computer after the installation of 2017R3?

John,

Were you seeing the message below or a different message?

I get this message if I run Inventor 2016 then close then try to start the Task Scheduler for Inventor 2017, but I see this with or without R3 installed.

Beyond this message if I start and close 2017.3 then start Task Scheduler I am not getting any errors.

Thanks,

Danny

Have a shortcut on start menu to Task Scheduler 2017.

Got error message, ran Inventor and tried it again, same error.

Uninstalled R3 and problem went away.  Don't remember is I restarted after the install or not.

Will try again and let you know.

PS I was running migrate files tasks.
