Hi,
I currently have inventor on subscription. However I need to download inventor 2016 to work with a client. Is there any way I can do this?

AVA Verification Assistance...
Use the multiple computer install option so that you get the 3 source files for all time.
I have tried on incognito, on another browser, and also on another pc, and student sign-in is the only option I get. What am I doing wrong?
HI!
If you have a valid license, sign up with your Autodesk account.
You can then download the software at AVA, but since 2016 version is not supported anymore, I think you have to ask a special authorization from Autodesk.
Note: Supported versions are from 2018 until 2023, and you can use any of these versions if you have a valid license subscription.
I have a valid license, but every time I sign in, it thinks I am an unverified student and will only offer me a 30-day trial.
Have you ever used that same email to use a student license?
Anyway, contact Autodesk support and if your order is accepted, they give you a download link.
There's no point to download the software if you can't activate it right away.
Nowadays you can do a trial only with the most recent version, not with an old one (not sure 100%, but almost...)
No. The account through which I posted the original question is the one that was my original student account.
The one with the license has never been linked to a student account. I have tried signing in using it via another pc and another browser yet I still only get the student message.
Not sure how you got the option to download it. I have been chatting with Autodesk and they are telling me it is not possible to download. I think this is so poor from Autodesk.
