Inventor 2015 Work space window

To the expert here. Is this window still in Inventor 2015 version? If so, how can I open it. It is not showing everytime  I am creating new drawing. Thanks for any immediate response on this.

In the menu at the top.. go to View and under User Interface, click Browser

I assume you are talking about the Inventor Browser pane?
